Privacy notice
This notice explains what we do with the data you give us on this page. It is shown at the point where we collect it. It is a draft prepared for the validation campaign and it becomes binding only when it is published with the confirmed operator details.
Who is responsible for your data
The proposed operator is NovaTech Systems Group Ltd. Before publication we confirm the legal entity, the contact details and the actual suppliers.
What we collect and why
- Email address — required to confirm your sign-up and send the communications you asked for. Basis: your consent.
- Age confirmation that you are at least 18 — required because the pilot recruits adults. We do not ask for your date of birth. Basis: legitimate interest in recruiting adults only.
- First name — optional, to personalise the emails. Basis: your consent.
- Country or region — optional, to choose the pilot and localise the product. We do not ask for your exact address. Basis: your consent.
- Interest in beta testing — optional, to mark your interest. It does not guarantee an invitation. Basis: your consent.
- Main area of interest and a short comment — optional feedback. Basis: your consent.
What we never ask for here
We do not ask for children's names, schools or schedules, medical data, documents, phone numbers, card details or your home address. Questions about household size and willingness to pay may come later, voluntarily, in a separate survey.
Who receives it
Your data is accessible to the team running the validation campaign and to the service providers that host the site and deliver the email. We do not sell your data and we do not send the waitlist to advertising platforms for custom audiences in this first campaign.
How long we keep it
- Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days.
- The list is reviewed every 6 months.
- A sign-up expires 12 months after confirmation if the purpose has not been achieved and there is no new valid option.
- Identifiable feedback is deleted or anonymised at the end of the research, within a proposed 90 days.
- Proof of consent and the minimal suppression record have separate, justified and communicated retention.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and you can object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, and we apply the withdrawal before the next send. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects based on automated processing. Sign-ups may be filtered by simple rules such as duplicates or obvious test entries, and that filtering never removes the ability to contact us.
How to reach us
A monitored contact address is published here before collection begins. Until then, this draft is not an active notice and no data should be submitted through this page.
These durations are project choices for this validation campaign, not universally imposed legal deadlines.
